Isaiah Mouw, CAPP
Isaiah Mouw, CAPP, CPP, LEED GA, has worked in the parking industry for more than fifteen (15) years, and has been involved with nearly every facet of parking management.
An industry ambassador, frequent public speaker and prolific author, Isaiah serves on the International Parking and Mobility Institute’s (IPMI) Advisory Council as a member of the Mobility Task Force and the IPMI CAPP Board. In 2019, Isaiah was named the IPMI Parking Professional of the Year recognizing the top parking professional in the world. In 2014, he was awarded the Chairman’s Award from IPMI, and in 2015, he was recognized by the National Parking Association as a “40 Under 40” recipient; recognizing the best and brightest young parking professionals in the industry. Isaiah has also authored dozens of articles in professional journals such as The Parking Professional, Parking, and Parking Today and was also a contributing author to the following books: Sustainable Parking Design & Management (2016) and A Guide To Parking (2018).
Isaiah earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and was also commissioned as a Honorary Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a Nebraska Admiral by the Governor of Nebraska, and a Honorary Arkansas Traveler by the State of Arkansas . Isaiah currently works as an executive for a parking technology company.
In his spare time, Isaiah enjoys movies, screenwriting, fitness, visiting National Parks and spending time with his family.
