Disneyland Opening Day Parking Ticket, 1955

Disneyland parking receipt claim ticket from 1955 has similar contract language found on today’s parking claim tickets. However, the rates have significantly changed from $0.25 cents in 1955 to $66.00 in 2023. We love the “mark parking location” feature to help customers find their vehicle before apps and parking guidance systems were around. The parking ticket was produced by Globe Ticket Company which is still operating today and advertises on their website as North America's oldest ticket manufacturer being established in 1868, nearly 100 years before even Disneyland opened.
