Sioux Car Park Parking Ticket, 1960s

This donated old parking garage ticket was originally thought to be from 1913 due to the time stamp. However, the Sioux Car Park ramp opened in 1958 and the Sioux City Public Library estimates this ticket to be from the 1960s.
