A piece of concrete from the Anne Street Parking Garage that collapsed on April 18, 2023, resulting in the tragic death of parking professional Willis Moore. According to downtownny.com, “Willis Moore was a longtime manager of the garage and widely loved by the community. Numerous individuals have come forward to share stories of Moore, citing him as someone who always had a smile on his face, worked hard and was the kind of man with whom you always liked to interact, even if it were only for a few moments of your day.”
